ARE DOUGHNUTS GLUTEN FREE?
Most doughnuts are not gluten-free. Here at Rodeo, we have spent time developing a delicious range of gluten-free cake doughnuts that are available in our stores and online. They have been handcrafted using gluten-free ingredients and independently certified as a gluten-free product.
The current legislation states that only food containing less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten can be labelled as gluten-free.
Our gluten-free cake doughnuts are regularly tested and contain only 2 ppm of gluten.
Our gluten-free products are baked, decorated and packed in a separate production facility, in a different building from our main production kitchen, to avoid any cross-contamination.
