About the role:

Welcome to Rodeo, the delicious doughnut destination.

We're a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand creating fresh, handcrafted doughnuts loved by customers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Barista who takes pride in crafting great coffee, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee and matcha drinks
  • Maintain consistency across all drinks with excellent attention to detail
  • Welcome customers and provide warm, friendly and knowledgeable service
  • Serve, display and package our handcrafted doughnuts to a high standard
  • Prepare and pack delivery orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish products when required
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Communicate allergen information clearly and confidently to customers

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience working in an independent or branded coffee shop
  • Positive, reliable and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high-quality drinks
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider store team
  • Happy supporting all aspects of the customer journey, from crafting coffee to serving and packaging our doughnuts

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' barista experience is required.

This role may require occasional late closing shifts (up to 10:30pm)
