About the role:

Welcome to Rodeo, the delicious doughnut destination.

We're a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand creating fresh, handcrafted doughnuts loved by customers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head Barista who takes pride in leading by example, maintaining exceptional coffee standards and supporting our Manchester stores.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks and matcha
  • Train and support team members on coffee preparation, customer service and company standards
  • Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across our Manchester stores
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders and ensure coffee equipment is well maintained
  • Support day-to-day store operations and maintain high operational standards
  • Work flexibly across our Manchester stores to support the wider team and operational needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations 
  • Positive, reliable and proactive approach

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' barista experience is essential
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a lead or supervisory barista role is essential
  • Strong coffee knowledge is required
  • Matcha experience is advantageous
