We're a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand creating fresh, handcrafted doughnuts and exceptional customer experiences across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Kitchen Team Member (Dough) who takes pride in producing our iconic doughnuts with quality, consistency and care.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough by mixing, weighing, cutting, proving and frying in line with Rodeo recipes and production methods
  • Produce the required quantities to meet daily production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
  • Operate production equipment safely and responsibly
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across equipment and workstations
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE
  • Report equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the wider production team to ensure efficient daily operations

Experience:

Previous bakery, food production or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Role Details

Full Time, Permanent Position

  • Minimum 25 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Additional hours may be available during seasonal periods, including Halloween and Christmas
  • Please note this role requires 5am start times
