We're a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand creating fresh, handcrafted doughnuts and exceptional customer experiences across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Kitchen Team Member (Glaze) who takes pride in producing beautifully finished doughnuts with precision, consistency and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare glazes for our doughnuts
  • Prepare toppings including cookies, brownies and chocolate bars
  • Decorate doughnuts using icing, piping, dipping and finishing techniques
  • Produce products in line with daily production targets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across equipment and workstations
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely (full training provided)
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider production team to maintain efficient operations
  • Assist with packing online orders and surplus packs

What we're looking for:

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to supporting the wider production team

Experience:

Previous kitchen or food production experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Role Details

Full Time, Permanent Position

  • Minimum 25 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Structured shift patterns
  • Additional hours may be available during seasonal periods, including Halloween and Christmas
