About the role:

Welcome to Rodeo, the delicious doughnut destination.

We're a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand creating fresh, handcrafted doughnuts loved by customers across the UK. We're looking for a Retail Team Member to create a warm and welcoming customer experience, represent the Rodeo brand and support the smooth running of our Oxford store.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, friendly and engaging customer service
  • Serve and package our handcrafted doughnuts and sweet treats to a high standard
  • Prepare and maintain attractive, well-stocked window displays, including ensuring products are correctly labelled
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other hot drinks where required
  • Support delivery orders by preparing orders accurately and ensuring product availability is kept up to date
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment
  • Monitor stock levels, including packaging, cleaning materials and other consumables
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Communicate allergen information clearly and confidently to customers
  • Represent Rodeo positively and contribute to a great team environment

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Positive, friendly and reliable attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Happy supporting all aspects of the store operation
  • Coffee or barista experience is preferred but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of espresso-based drinks and an interest in coffee would be an advantage

Experience:

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Coffee or barista experience is an advantage, and training will be provided.

Role Details

Part Time, Permanent Position

  • Minimum 12 hours per week across 2 days
  • Monday to Sunday availability
  • Finishing times of up to 11:30pm may be required
